Lauri played the young and startlingly cute "Mayblossom Haggan", the sweet, down-home, Texas cousin promised to marry "Festus Haggan", in the 1964 episode Gunsmoke: May Blossoms (1964). She also appeared in a second Gunsmoke (1955) episode, Gunsmoke: Take Her, She's Cheap (1964), in 1964, where she portrayed "Allie". She acted well, was endearing in her portrayals, and was just as cute as a button. She has also appeared in Ghost Story (1972), numbered for death, and Ford Startime (1959). Britishers remember her mainly for her co-starring role in Cliff Richard's Vacances d'été (1963) movie in 1963. She has appeared mostly on Broadway, but can still be seen in these few TV shows.
