Jennifer Sparks is a synthesis of small town charm and the best of Hollywood's grace and elegance. She began performing at a young age in endeavors such as singing, piano, and ballet. She moved into a full time career of figure skating at age 11, competing in many different cities for 8 dedicated years. The many hours of training on and off the ice taught her to be poised, which laid the foundation for her success in modeling.
Knowing there was more for her outside of the fashion industry, she decided to study acting while still in high school and continued to study theatre throughout college. Soon after that she began auditioning for feature films and series television.
Jennifer landed her first starring role in a horror-thriller feature film entitled "The Tagus Ranch Massacre." She takes pride in the sci-fi action packed short film she co-starred in entitled "Dawn," where she plays a sinister neo-human looking to lead her species to dominance. She also had a leading role in a western romance short film entitled "The Gunslinger."
She was able to join the Screen Actors Guild after being taft hartleyed on the film "Spider-Man 3." The director, Sam Rami, then used her to play a scared Hollywood actress in a spoof he did for "The Grudge 2."
Because of her experience in the fashion industry, Jennifer landed a job as a model on the popular ABC television series "Ugly Betty." She can also be seen on the television series "The Starter Wife" with Debra Messing. Jennifer was last seen on the CBS hit television series "Two and a Half Men" with Charlie Sheen.
Last year Jennifer studied at The Groundlings to gain more improv experience. While studying there, she realized she missed performing in front of live audiences and decided to get involved in theatre in Los Angeles. That same year she was in two productions at Theatre 68 in Hollywood: "Resting In Pieces" and "Much A Jew About Nothing."
Jennifer, being an all around athlete, was thrilled to be cast as the host for "Vegas Sports," an online show where she kept sports fans up to date on the latest sports news. She worked 3 times a week for a year and a half. It was a great opportunity for her to break into hosting.
Her work ethic and great family background combined with Jennifer's refreshing presence is what make's her unique in the Hollywood scene.
