Janet Roth - Biography

Janet is an American theatre and film actor, known for My Name is Viola and Beyond the Trophy. Her LA stage appearances include Picasso's Women and Vagina Monologues, where she portrays Francoise Gilot, one of the wives of Picasso, and a Bosnian woman, who survived the rape and war, accordingly. Her most recent film appearances are in the comedy From the South to the Stars, a satiric farce on Hollywood where Janet portrays a Southerner who comes to LA to become famous, and in the thriller Waltz, where she plays a competitive pianist with borderline personality disorder.

Janet earned her diploma from DePaul University in Chicago and speaks German, Ukrainian and Russian fluently.
