Francesca Fowler is a British actress and writer best known for her roles in Dr Who and HBO/BBCs Rome. She starred alongside Gillian Anderson and Danny Dyer in her debut feature film Straightheads.
She attended The Arts Educational School at the age of 11-16. Her acting career started in 2004 whilst sitting her A Levels; landing her first acting job in ITVs two part drama Like Father Like Son, working alongside Robson Green and Phil Davis.
Francesca won the award for Best Screenwriter at UnderWire Film Festival for her short film - Pitfall. And her zombie parody - 28 Years Later was nominated for Best Comedy at Portobello Film Festival.
